One needn’t subscribe to the Christian faith to absorb the rich stuff from this classic Emmet Fox book. There is something refreshing and very positive in the words Jesus is known to have spoken on the mount, as outlined here. I read this a lot when I was sitting at a job that was far from ideal, and it helped me almost every day to keep from going nuts.

Emily Beekman is about to start school and doesn't want to go. Although reluctant, she finally agrees when her mom promises to go to school with her every day.
