I’m wild about this book. Elise is a precocious and quirky outsider. And her loneliness is painful. After a failed attempt for a new school year to be different, she takes to walking late at night listening to her iPod. This leads her to discover an underground dance club where she finds a new passion in DJing. She connects to people for the first time in her life, both through sharing music and ind in learning how to be a friend. I stayed up all night, desperate to know how things turned out for Eilse and falling in love with the descriptions.
