Vroman's 10th Annual Book Bus Ride to the
L.A. Times Festival of Books!

Vroman's is excited to announce our tenth annual Book Bus ride to the Los Angeles Times Festival of Books. And not only is it our 10th anniversary of our rides to the festival but we're also headed to a new destination, because this year the festival has moved from its UCLA location to the campus of USC!!!

Join us Saturday, April 30 for a day that begins with a bagel breakfast before our 9:15am departure, a bag full of books & goodies, a book bus raffle and drawing for prizes, cookies for the ride home, and a 20% off coupon good for May 1 - May 7, 2011. Each bus will be hosted by one of our wonderful booksellers, as well as a literary celebrity!

This year's buses include:
The Mystery Bus with Diane Mott Davidson, the New York Times bestselling author of the mystery series featuring amateur sleuth and caterer Goldy Schulz. The latest Goldy Schulz mystery, entitled, Crunch Time: A Novel of Suspense, will be released shortly before our ride.

We are so excited to have both of these excellent authors join us on this bus trip and we are sure you will be fans (if you are not already) by the time we pull up to the Festival.

Cost of the tickets: $40.00 per person
Avoid traffic, parking, and stress of driving to a new venue and instead, join us for a relaxed, fun-filled day with fellow book lovers!!
No children under age 5 are allowed on either bus.

Customers coming to ride the buses will not be able to park in the Vroman's lot during the time they are at the festival unless they have a handicapped placard. Check back for suggestions of alternate parking lots surrounding the store.

This event sells out every year, so sign up early to reserve your seat. With your reservation let us know if you have a preference for which bus you ride on or take a leap of faith. Both buses are sure to be fun.
