Wade's expertise includes representing clients with respect to the Stark Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, False Claims Act, and Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act of 1986.Alex Krouse, JD, MHA, is an attorney with extensive experience in health care operations specific to provider alignment initiatives. He provides advice to health systems on new health care initiatives, effective utilization of healthcare professionals, and strategic provider alignment.
