I am a 2001 graduate for Ancilla Catholic College in the small town of Donaldson, Indiana. I graduated with high honors. I went on to Tri-State University (now Thrine University) in Angola Indiana. I had high honors here, too. I received my bachelor's degree in criminal justice. From there I attend FMU (online Florida Metropolitan University). I had to drop out with two classes left due to family medical issues. After all this college I found out I was too old to get the type of position I had hoped for. I worked 40 hours, carried a 18 credit hour semester and raised 4 kids. My first book was published in 2004. A Soldiers' Mothers' Personal War. I choose to write this book since my son had joined the Army and was stationed in Iraq. It describes what it is like to be helpless and fearful as you watched night after night the beheadings, killings and IED's exploding as our troops traveled in targeted convoys knowing there was nothing to do but wait to hear from your child. This is my second book published. I choose to write this because America needs to wake up to the atrocities of our past Government. I have never been a real political person. I vote Independent due to not liking the policies of some of the candidates. I am a true patriot. I believe in Justice, law and order, our constitution and that we all have the right to live without being dictated to by our government.
