Bestselling author of the Barefoot Contessa cookbook series and host of the
Emmy-winning Food Network TV show, Ina Garten takes the stage for an exclusive interview and Q&A with the audience. Ina Garten, one of the country's most beloved culinary icons and bestselling cookbook author, had no idea back when she was working in the White House Office of Management and Budget that she would one day be the Barefoot Contessa, but that's just what happened when she stumbled upon an ad in the New York Times for a specialty food store for sale in the Hamptons. Ina, joined by her husband Jeffrey, visited the store and instantly fell in love. Without any prior shop experience, Ina took a chance and thus were the beginnings of the Barefoot Contessa.
This event is general admission.
Admission is $42.00 +tax and includes an autographed copy of Ina's new cookbook, Barefoot Contessa Foolproof: Recipes You Can Trust. Books will be handed out the night of the event upon receipt of the book ticket*.
